Kabarty Company Information

Kabarty began life in the UK as Hamiko Ltd in 2003, as a spin off from AtomIC Systems IP Ltd which itself was founded in 1999, which in turn was founded from two companies (Electron Infosystems Consulting Ltd and Neutron Infosystems Consulting Ltd) that were formed in 1997, long before the dot-com boom and bust began.

Kabarty Ltd moved to Australia and began trading as Kabarty Pty Ltd in 2006. Today, Kabarty runs from Pheasant Creek in Victoria.

In 2008 Kabarty formed an alliance with Darren Wakelin from intanet.com.au (a division of Hyperdyne Systems). This alliance will further benefit our business customers with a wider range of specialist services and improved service delivery.

Kabarty have been providing web hosting services since 1997, and in 1999 designed and built a number of extremely popular web sites that are still in operation today. These sites cater for special interest groups such as budding authors and bloggers. The companies were, and still are, pioneers for many of the industry's buzzwords. For example, www.deardiary.net was established long before the term 'Blogging' became popular, and Electron Infosystems Consulting Ltd was engaging in providing e-commerce sites and online transactions long before there were open source solutions for e-commerce and indeed before the term e-commerce itself was popular

The directors and staff of Kabarty have a long history with the internet, all having used various parts of the internet before the World Wide Web was born. Back in the days of VAX/VMS access to e-mail and when downloading shareware was done using e-mails split into smaller manageable chunks and recombined and decoded when complete. When the World Wide Web was born and Mosaic was introduced the Directors and staff of Kabarty were among the first to use it.

We can therefore legitimately claim that we have a solid knowledge of the internet and its technologies, both old and new. From telnet to ssh, ftp to sftp and web pages to e-mails. We've seen the internet grow from an expensive (and dare we say, elitist) academic network into the public commodity it is today, and we've grown along with it. By providing easy to use Control Panel software, fantastic web-mail clients and automated setup and installation software, Kabarty makes it easy to get hosted.
